Immerse yourselves in the rich culture and stunning landscapes of Morocco while staying in traditional accommodation and exploring villages off the beaten track.
Our family tour has been thoughtfully planned to offer you a guided tour to explore the culture and time to enjoy the sunshine by the pool. You will stay in 3 / 4* hotels and spend a night under the stars at a traditional Berber camp in the desert. All your transportation throughout the tour is included, with a minivan or 4×4 Landcruiser at your disposal.
This family adventure holiday in Morocco is designed to create lasting memories and is perfect for children aged 5-16 years old. With shorter drive times and ample opportunities to explore the cities and towns, you will have plenty of time to relax and unwind as a family.

Welcome to Morocco! After your airport transfer, take some time to unwind by the hotel pool before our pre-departure meeting at 18:00 hrs. During this meeting, you'll have the opportunity to meet your guide and fellow travelers. We'll also provide you with essential information about the upcoming itinerary. After the meeting, we'll enjoy a delicious dinner together. Overnight in Marrakech. (Dinner included).
We will start the second day of our journey with an early breakfast. Afterward, we will drive across the High Atlas Mountains to reach Ait Benhaddou. Once we get there, we will take a break for lunch and enjoy some relaxation by the pool before we go on a guided tour of the village. During the tour, we will learn about the rich history of Ait Benhaddou, which is one of the oldest villages in the southern region of Morocco. This village is famous for its ancient and magnificent Kasbahs that have served as a setting for many international movies, including Gladiator.

On the third day of our journey, we will be heading to the Berber Oasis of N’kob. Our route will take us through the Anti Atlas ranges, and we will cross The Draa Valley, one of the most famous places in Morocco for dates. We can even stop for a break to try some fresh dates if you wish. Nestled amidst exotic Palmeries and sitting at the foot of the Jebel Saghro mountains, N’Kob is one of Morocco's best-kept secrets. Today, we will have ample time to explore some of N’kob’s 45 mudbrick ksour’s (fortified village), learn about the Ait Atta Nomads, and their way of life. We will also take a walk through the Palmerie and enjoy the stunning views around. We can then have tea in a local family's home or head back to the hotel for some relaxation.

As we head towards the mighty Saharan Dunes, there is a palpable sense of excitement in the air. On our way, we will stop for lunch, and if we're traveling in the summer, we might even have time for a refreshing swim. Our ultimate destination for the day is the great desert dunes of Erg Chebbi in Merzouga, where we will transfer to camels and embark on a trek into the vast Sahara Desert just in time for sunset. After enjoying the breathtaking beauty of the desert at sunset, we will head back to our authentic Berber Camp on the edge of the desert to spend the night. Here, we will get to relish local food, music, and revel in the awe-inspiring night sky under the Saharan stars.

On the fifth day of our adventure, we leave the desert behind and head towards Todra Gorge. This stunning natural wonder is hemmed in on all sides by vertical limestone cliffs and is often referred to as Morocco's Grand Canyon, standing tall at 1000ft. The charm of Todra lies in the changing colors of the gorge as the sun moves from east to west, creating a breathtaking sight from the plunging depths to dizzying heights.
In the afternoon, we will have ample time to explore the Gorge, including a visit to a traditional Berber cooperative where local people make Berber carpets. Here, we will learn about the carpet-making process, and you will have the chance to try out your bargaining skills if you're interested in purchasing one.
For those interested in a cooking lesson, we will have an option to prepare and cook our own Moroccan lunch.

On day 7, we will drive back to Marrakech, enjoying the stunning views of the High Atlas Mountains along the way. Once we arrive in Marrakech and check in to our hotel, you will have a free afternoon to relax by the pool.
In the evening, we will head out to the famous Djemaa El Fna square to enjoy dinner and soak up the exotic ambience of Marrakech.

On this day, you have the option to book a guided city tour of Marrakech that includes a visit to the Koutoubia Mosque, Bahia Palace, and the Jewish Quarter. In the afternoon, you will have free time to explore the city on your own. The medina, with its rose-coloured walls, is like something out of a movie set, with winding streets that lead to lush gardens and bustling souks. The central square, Djemaa el Fna, is a vibrant marketplace filled with traders, spicy aromas, and colourful sights. It is best to visit in the evening when food stalls, dancers, acrobats, fortune tellers, musicians, and henna artists fill the square.
