Upon your arrival to the Casablanca airport, our representative will meet you and drive you to our joining hotel.
- Overnight Casablanca.
After breakfast, we will commence our visit to the magnificent Hassan II Mosque. Following the tour, we will make our way towards the blue city of Chefchaouen. Along the way, we will take a break to explore the official capital of Morocco, Rabat, and visit the Royal Palace, Mausoleum of Mohamed V, and Hassan Tower. Our journey will then continue towards Chefchaouen where we will spend the night.
- Overnight Chafchaouen.
Today's itinerary is all about relaxation and exploration as we take a leisurely day to explore one of the most picturesque cities in Morocco. Chefchaouen is a charming village located at the base of the stunning Rif Mountains. The city's medina boasts a Spanish-style square that is surrounded by many quirky arts and crafts shops, as well as rooftop restaurants and cafes. Spend your night in a lovely spot where you can bask in the beauty of nature and enjoy the refreshing breeze.
- Overnight Chafchaouen.
Following breakfast, we will set off on an exciting journey towards Volubilis, crossing Wazzan and other charming Rif villages along the way. Our first stop will be at Volubilis where we will explore the Roman ruins and learn about the archaeological site and its fascinating history in Morocco. After visiting the ruins, we will continue on to Meknes, a city known for its 17th century heritage. We will take a break here for lunch and enjoy the historical atmosphere of the medina and Bab el Mansour. Following our visit to Meknes, we will drive directly to the vibrant city of Fes where you will spend the night.
- Overnight Fes.
Following breakfast, we will commence our exploration of the oldest city in Morocco, meandering through its alleys and small streets. Our tour will begin with a visit to the Royal Palace gate, the Jewish headquarters, and the first Mellah ever built in Morocco during the 16th century. We will ensure that you visit all sites with a cultural and historical interest, including the famous Al Qaraouine University - the oldest in the region, the Tanneries, the Attarine Museum, and Mulay Idriss Mausoleum. After lunch, we will visit a tiles cooperative before experiencing a breathtaking panoramic view over the entire medina of Fes.
- Overnight Fes.
After breakfast, we will depart from Fes and make our way towards Merzouga, passing through Midelt along the magnificent hills and the Atlas Mountains. We will travel via Errachidia and Erfoud, where we will witness the stunning Tizi Ntalghamt pass and the Ziz Gorge, providing breathtaking views of the High Atlas Mountains. As we approach the city of Errachidia, you will begin to notice the landscape changing, revealing glimpses of the desert. You will stop here for lunch, experiencing the warm hospitality of the Berber people. We will then continue our journey along the Ziz Valley, stopping for panoramic views along the way to Erfoud. In the afternoon, we will arrive at Merzouga, where you will be welcomed with a refreshing glass of mint tea before embarking on a camel ride to spend a magical night at the desert camp. Here, you will enjoy Berber music and sandboarding under the stars.
- Overnight Merzouga.
Rise and shine! Your camel man will wake you up early in the morning to witness one of the most breathtaking sunrises of your life. As you peacefully camel-trek back to Merzouga village, you will be surrounded by the unique beauty of the spectacular Erg Chebbi sand dunes that change with the light as the day progresses. After breakfast, we will depart for Tinghir and the Todra Gorges - the highest, narrowest gorges in Morocco where we will spend the night. After lunch in the heart of the gorge, we will have some free time before embarking on a foot exploration of the gorges.
- Overnight Toudgha.
Following breakfast at the hotel, we will journey through the Dades Valley towards Kalaa M'gouna and Ouarzazate. This route, known as the road of the thousand kasbahs, offers countless opportunities to capture some of the best photographs of the trip in both the Dades and roses valleys, as well as the cinema studio of Ouarzazate. After lunch, we will continue to the village of Ait Ben Haddou, one of the oldest villages in southern Morocco, and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Ait Ben Haddou has been featured in many international films, including Gladiator and Prince of Persia. We will spend the night in Ait Ben Haddou.
- Overnight Ait Benhadou.
After breakfast, we will leave Ait Ben Haddou and travel through the High Atlas Mountains towards Marrakech. Along the way, we'll enjoy stunning views of the surrounding landscapes. We will arrive in Marrakech around midday, and after checking in to the hotel, we'll have a guided tour of the old medina. Our tour will include visiting some of the city's highlights, such as the Bahaia Palace, the souks, and the famous Jamaa El Fena square. In the evening, you will have some free time to explore the city at your leisure.
- Overnight Marrakech.
After breakfast in Marrakech, you'll have some free time to do some last-minute shopping or explore the city further before we transfer you to the airport for your departure flight. It is a great place to shop not too far from New York. We took the bus from Port Authority and traveled through the countryside to get there.
